8. Client Responsibilities

Where you engage Ziyadness for consulting services, you may be responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals.

• Identifying relevant business restrictions or legal requirements.
• Reviewing recommendations and deliverables before publication or implementation.

You must not provide materials that:

12. Professional Judgment and Client Decisions

The client remains responsible for:

• Evaluating recommendations.
• Approving implementation.
• Making final business decisions.
• Reviewing legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring financial and operational risk.
• Determining whether advice is suitable for the client’s circumstances.

Ziyadness does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or regulated financial advice.

Where those matters are relevant, the client should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Services

The website and consulting services may involve third-party platforms or tools, including website platforms, advertising networks, analytics providers, email services, social-media platforms, scheduling tools, payment providers, and software applications.

Third-party services are governed by their own:
